• Yard Refund Policy

  • We cannot accept returns on any made to measure products as these cannot be resold.

  • Any returns to stock of other non-faulty stock materials are subject to a 20% restocking fee as per our terms and conditions and detailed on all of our price lists.

  • All non-faulty returns will be given in the form of credit notes against future purchases.

This policy enables us to offer the most competitive prices to all of our customers and does not affect your statutory rights in any way.
